Tuesday 28th June Summer Careers Fair

This year’s summer fair Summer Fair sees the return of the in-person careers fair to campus.  A last chance this year to meet with recruiters still looking to hire outgoing Finalists.

In summary:

Make the most of the careers support and resources available to you. Maximise your chances of securing a graduate job or further study offer.

Good luck with your futures. There are plenty of graduate jobs out there. Whatever you do next, remember you are unique and amazing. Career is about exploration rather than destination. Focus on getting started rather than finding the perfect job. Many alumni tell us when they return to share their career stories that they had no idea, 2 or 3 years after they had graduated that they would be doing the job they found themselves in. You will probably have several career changes over many years, so remain curious, flexible and open to opportunities and enjoy the journey.

There’s no such thing as a career path, it’s crazy paving and you have to lay it yourself.” Sir Dominic Cadbury
